Kansas had several porcelain city license plates before the state started issueing license plates back in 1913. Here are examples of an unknown license plate which is passenger size, year and exact type unknown, but it is porcelain. Also a Wichita Dealer and a Great Bend. Some of the other cities that had plates were Garnett, Girard, Hays, Humboldt, Kansas City, McPherson, and Ottawa.
