Although Missouri never issued any porcelain license plates, there were quite a few porcelain city license plates from different Missouri cities.

The city of Saint Louis issued porcelain city license plates from 1904 to 1912. The 1912 is a small round porcelain plate.

The other Missouri cities that issued porcelain license plates were Kansas City, Independence, Saint Joseph, and one from University City, which is near Saint Louis.

The Kansas City 1912 #D45 is a dealer plate. Just recently found was a city porcelain plate from Chillicothe.

The 1915 is a prototype, dug up in Jacksonville, Fla of all places, Odd!
